Jeremy Cullen is a composer and sound designer based in Wellington, New Zealand.
His music and sound design have featured in numerous films, TV shows, commercials and games. He also teaches film music and sound design at the NZ Film and Television School.
Recent projects include composing original music for the “Chronicles” special features on the extended edition of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, and music editing for composer Howard Shore’s score for The Hobbit feature film (nominated for a Best Sound Editing Oscar).
Other projects include editing the music of Nick Cave and Warren Ellis for the documentary West of Memphis, and composing the score for The Priest, the Witch and the Poltergeist – an audiobook from the innovative New Zealand company Booktrack.
